A clip from the sitcom Better Off Ted in which a team gives a presentation about the Jabberwocky Project without having anything to present.
Why Hacker News points people here: HN uses it as a joke reference for startups and pitches with lots of presentation and no actual product.

“This reminds me of Better Off Ted's Jabberwocky Project”
This reminds me of Better Off Ted's Jabberwocky Project: this video Which, of course, is a parody of the late '90s tech boom and some of the useless, fluffy companies that were spawned.
“Who needs a product, when you have a presentation.”
This early 2010s sitcom clip [1] comes to mind when reading about this. Many of the same buzzwords were used, in the same way. Notice the lack of substance in the product discussion, and the literal dancing around what it (Jabberwocky) was. Who needs a product, when you have a presentation. [1] this video
