I don't think caffeine has many negative health implications. Although it has certainly wasted my time by leaving me too jittery to work. There is a great cgp grey video on caffeine: this video

“Nice explanatory video on the matter”

Explains caffeine's benefits and few negatives.

I occasionally quit caffeine as a way to recalibrate the tolerance that develops over time. But, within certain limits (my general consumption is 1-2 coffees a day, sometimes 3-4 if super tired or when exercising), there's very few negatives for most people, and quite a number of benefits. Video on whether coffee consumption is good for you.

You've reminded me of this video talking about coffee now: this video Is there really any good reason why I shouldn't be drinking a lot of coffee? It seems I see as many researches claiming I shouldn't drink much coffee as I see researches claiming I should. I'm not sure what to think about coffee at this point.

The article doesn't seem to mention whether coffee is healthy or not. One thing is if it is addictive, but if it is healthy (or even if it just isn't unhealthy), I've got to ask... so what if it is addictive? this video
