A LockPickingLawyer video in which a locksmith claims his videos are fake and challenges him; he responds by picking the lock. It is a short, typical LPL demonstration.

Why Hacker News points people here: Named as a favorite LPL video, where a skeptical locksmith's challenge gets answered quickly.

Time to watch this one “Locksmith says my videos are BS… Loses $75 (Maybe)” this video Also if you actually watch this keynote half the problem isn’t locks you can actually pick but stuff you can just open with very basic tools that don’t even require the skill he has. Like combs, rakes, hammers, slithers of metal, etc.

Locksmith challenges LPL and loses

Regular viewers of The Lock Picking Lawyer on youtube know how trivial it can be to bypass many common locks. Especially if you pickup a 10 dollar tool for the job. And I don't mean trivial for the LPL, I mean just trivial for a lay person who is aware of the vulnerability. Unrelated, here is my favorite LPL video where a locksmith calls bullshit and challenges LPL to a duel: this video

In some I'm sure he does, but there are some videos of him receiving a sealed package and opening the package (and the lock inside) in a single take. Like this one: this video
